The Growth plan includes everything in Starter plus 50+ creatives, landing page optimisation, bi-weekly strategy calls, and priority support — designed for businesses ready to scale to $5,000–$10,000/month in ad spend.
Is the ad spend included in the service fee?
No. Our service fees cover creative production, campaign management, optimisation, and reporting. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We recommend a minimum of $1,500/month in ad spend for effective testing. The service fee and ad spend are completely separate costs.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. We recommend a 90-day commitment to properly test and optimise, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we provide all creative files, performance data, and a professional transition plan.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Onboarding typically takes 5–7 business days. We start with a strategy session to understand your brand, target audience, and goals. Then we audit your existing content library (customer photos, videos, reviews), set up or optimise your Meta Business Suite, install tracking, and produce the first batch of ad creatives. Campaigns typically go live within the first week.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Most clients start with the Starter plan and upgrade to Growth once they see results and want to scale.
