1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UGC Video Generator (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FY Studio ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
UGC Video Generator is offered on a subscription basis with the following tiers:
- Starter Weekly: $29.99/week - 15 credits per week
- Starter Monthly: $99.99/month - 60 credits per month (save 15%)
- Growth Weekly: $79.99/week - Unlimited credits, priority delivery
- Growth Monthly: $249.99/month - Unlimited credits (save 20%)
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
- No pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods
Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find "UGC Video Generator"
- Select "Request a Refund"
FY Studio does not issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be made through Apple within 14 days of purchase.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all videos and content you create using UGC Video Generator:
- Your Content: You own all videos, scripts, and characters you create
- Commercial Rights: You may use generated content for any commercial purpose
- Royalty-Free: No additional fees or royalties required
- Permanent Access: Your content remains accessible even after subscription cancellation
- No Restrictions: Use on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, or any platform
FY Studio claims no ownership over user-generated content. We do not license, resell, or distribute your content without your explicit permission.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
By using UGC Video Generator, you agree NOT to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
- Use the app for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Reverse-engineer, circumvent, or bypass paywalls and credit systems
- Share accounts or subscription credits with others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with app operation or security
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Termination may result in:
- Immediate loss of access to the app
- Forfeiture of any unused credits (pro-rated refund may be issued)
- Permanent deletion of your account and data
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
UGC Video Generator uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts and content. Please note:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use
- FY Studio makes no warranties about the quality or suitability of AI output
- We are not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated content errors
- Professional review is recommended before publishing or using generated content
Use your best judgment and always comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws when using generated content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FY Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
- Third-party conduct or content
- Technical errors or app interruptions
Total Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia, or the Federal Court of Australia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Sending an email to your registered address
- Posting a notice in the app
- Updating the "Last Updated" date above
Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
