How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find "UGC Video Generator" and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at privacy@fy.studio with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Can I use generated videos commercially?

Yes. You own all content you create with UGC Video Generator. Use it on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, or any other platform with no additional fees or royalties.

My video generation failed. What do I do?

If a video fails to generate, your credits will not be deducted. Try again, and if the issue persists, email support@fy.studio with details about what you were trying to create.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Your subscription will be automatically restored. If it doesn't appear, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings.
